Well, feeling a bit sh%$%y over the weekend, sunday eve come, well, WOW, BANG, it hit. BIG TIME! throwing up, (both ends!!) hot cold freezing, boiling, headaches, dying? thought so, phoned nhs direct, dont worry too much, sounds like swine flu thats all, well, thats all! so was given a reference number for some lovely drugs that made me feel very funny in deed, people die from that dont they. anyway, im not dead, feeling not too bad at the moment. the missis though, im off,not getting that off you, took herself and my daughter to live with her mommy. she back sat, hopefully, (the pots have piled up mega high)
so has anyone else had the misfortune to have this??

I actually had it in November, put me completely out of action for two full weeks, after first week I felt alot better and intended to return to work but on the Sunday I seemed to get a second dose of it and ended up with another week off. Really not nice thing to catch. Get well soon

My 5 year old had it the week before christmas, she was really poorly. The Tamiflu was worse than useless as she couldn't keep it down for more than a minute.

thanks for the messages folks, back on my feet now, well, almost, kepping food down and been for a few walks, cant wait to get back to the gym.

I had it in November. Had worse flu's to be honest. A week after I got over it I got the noro virus thing. AVOID!
That was nasty. I knew what it felt like to be a tube. Pour water in one end and watch it pour out the other!
